When?
We strive to make your experience as simple and convenient as possible. For your convenience, most orders with in-stock merchandise are shipping the same day provided the order is placed by 12:01 PM (Central Standard Time). Multiple quantity orders, orders that require sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), may be delayed. Wholesale orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks after order is placed. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification informing you of its shipment. To estimate your order`s arrival day consider the following:

Free Shipping
We are now happy to offer FREE Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $75 within Canada, and $150 for International destinations.

International Shipping
Orders shipping to International destinations are now delivered via UPS Worldwide and typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
All orders received prior to 12:01PM (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the person who placed the order as soon as the order is shipped.
Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient all applicable duties, taxes and/or prokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office.

Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure you`re completely happy with our products if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or gift please contact us within 14 days. We will refund you or give you a store credit, or exchange on the item. Please note that custom, initialed items and sales items cannot be returned, we will gladly exchange it if the item proves to be defective. if items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. We do not accept items that were washed, worn or damaged due to improper handling. Merchandise must have tags intact. Shipping on returned items is not refundable. Clothing Care
Don`t let it fade away. Keep the colors alive...
To help prevent the colors from fading, remember to always turn garments inside out before washing.
Color clarity...
Remember to separate your wash by sorting the wash load into light and dark colors. Wash light-colored garments in warm or cold water, and dark- or bright-colored garments in cold water.
Drying decisions...
Avoid overloading the dryer. Remember, if you put too much into the dryer at once, clothes may lump together, remain damp and become excessively wrinkled.
Swarovski and metal studded clothes...
Wash the garment inside out on delicate setting and Tumble dry. Please do not iron the decorations.
